Boating
A one hour boating through the Idukki Reservoir. It will be a cherishable cruise through the the scenic beauty of the reservoir scenery of the Vaga forest and wild animals like deer, baison, bear and if lucky enough an encounter with tigers also. The boating will start from Oloponni by the side of Idukki reservoir. Olopooni is 9 kilometers away from Vagamon.
Timings : 8 am - 5 pm
Charges: Rs.300 per head for a two hour cruise

Trekking
A wonderful trekking experience through the reserve forest No:8. You can see and experience the best varieties of trees and natural flora here.
There are three tracks for trekking.
1. Thick wild life trekking.
You will be excited to see wild elephents and other animals in and beside your trekking path.
2. Light wild life.
You can enjoy different varieties of trees, herbs and
wild flowers. There are chances of seeing wild animals and elephents on your way.
3. Through the catchment areas of Idukki dam.
